1. Definitions

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, or to a verified alternative method registered in your name. Withdrawal processing times are typically 1-6 hours, though verification requirements or exceptional circumstances may cause delays.

Before your first withdrawal, you must complete our KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process by submitting:

• Government-issued photo ID (KTP Nasional, passport, or driver's license)
• Proof of address dated within the last 3 months (utility bill, bank statement, or government document)
• Selfie holding your ID document

There is no withdrawal fee imposed by 789zk. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may charge receiving fees. Minimum withdrawal amounts and daily/monthly limits are displayed in your account dashboard and may vary based on your VIP tier.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance
